1.Fan shroud 2.Support rubber
Removal
1.Disconnect the battery cable negative terminal.
2.Drain the engine coolant.
3.Remove the cab.(Non-tilt cab model only) Refer to “FRAME AND CAB”Section 2.
4.Disconnect the boost sensor connector.(Euro4 specification)
1.Boost sensor connector
5.Remve the air intake pipe and hoses.
- Removethepipe from the bracket.
- Removethehose from the intercooler with the pipe attached.
- Removethehose from the intake throttle valve with the pipe attached.

6.Remove the fan shroud.
- Removereservoirtank hose and fan shroud.
Remove the support rubber nut from engine foot side.
- Remove thesupportrubber while raising the engine.
