Disassembly Procedure

Begin: A. Remove the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, “Fan – Removal and Installation”.

            B. Remove the coolant tank (expansion tank). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, “Coolant Tank (Expansion Tank) – Removal and      Installation”.

1. Remove the bolts (1) and the guard (2).

2. Disconnect the hose (3).

3. Remove the bolts (6), cover (8), and gasket (7). Remove the bolts (9) and water pump (5). Remove the gasket (4). Installation Procedure

2. Connect hose (3).

3. Install guard (2). Install bolts (1). End By:

a. Install coolant tank (expansion tank). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, “Coolant Tank (Expansion Tank) – Remove and Install”.

b. Install fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, “Fan – Remove and Install”.
